腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝内环口结扎术的技术进展

Investigation of laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children

随着腹腔镜技术器械的发展和操作水平的进步,腹腔镜下治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝目前在国内得到了广泛的开展,其微创、复发率低、并发症少等优点已经得到了认可。但仍存在着各种制约因素需待解决。本文回顾国内外近5年部分相关进展,通过与传统手术的优劣比较,对各种手术方式的对比分析,发现目前存在的问题。

With the development of laparoscopic technique and the progress of laparoscopic operation,laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children has been widely carried out in China,its minimally invasive,low recurrence rate,less complications and other advantages have been accepted.But there are still a variety of constraints to be resolved.In this paper,we reviewed the recent progress in past five years.Through a comparative analysis of various surgical methods,compared with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional surgery,we presented a summary of the progress of laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children.
