摘要
通过优化铸钢桥壳化学成分的配比、铸造工艺方法的改进,热处理工艺改善,脱碳方法控制研究,提高了铸钢桥壳的强度、硬度等力学性能;提高了铸钢桥壳的表面质量、使用寿命及安全可靠性。结果表明,获得的铸钢桥壳外观轮廓清晰,尺寸精度高,无气孔、夹渣、粘砂、缩松和缩孔等铸造缺陷,解决了铸件内在质量问题,达到了减轻铸钢桥壳自重,轻量化的目的。
By optimizing the chemical composition of cast steel bridge shell ratio, casting process and heat treatment process improvement, the method of decarburization control researching, the mechanical properties such as strength and hardness of the cast steel bridge shell were improved; The surface quality, service life and safety reliability of cast steel bridge shell were improved. The results show that the obtained cast steel bridge shell has clear outline, high dimensional precision, no porosity, slag inclusion, sand sticking, shrinkage and porosity. The problem of inner quality of casting has been solved to reduce the weight of cast steel bridge shell, the aim of lightweight is achieved.
