摘要
研究了电磁搅拌参数对半固态ZA43合金组织的影响。结果表明,搅拌功率越大,晶粒越细化,达到的效果越好。当搅拌温度较高时,合金熔体中初生相较少;搅拌温度较低时,初生相容易异常长大和团聚,晶粒尺寸增大。搅拌时间较短时,初生相难以被打碎而圆整,组织呈现大块玫瑰状;搅拌时间过长,大多数初生相易聚集长大,导致晶粒尺寸变大。搅拌温度为538~540℃,搅拌时间为8~10 min时,制备的半固态ZA43合金熔体组织较细小。
The effect of electromagnetic stirring parameters on the microstructure of semi-solid ZA43 alloy was studied. The results show that the grain size is fine, the effect is better with the higher the stirring power. When the stirring temperature is high, the initial growth of alloy melt is relatively small. When the mixing temperature is low, the primary phase tends to grow abnormally and agglomerate, and the grain size increases. The stirring time is short, the primary phase is difficult to be broken and rounded, and the tissue is large rose-shaped. The mixing time is too long, and most primary phases are easy to aggregate and grow, leading to the increase of grain size. The stirring temperature is 538 ~ 540 ~C, the mixing time is 8 ~ 10 min, the preparation of semi-solid ZA43 alloy melt microstrueture is relatively small.
