摘要
对热变形后的锡磷青铜进行再结晶退火处理,通过光学显微镜,扫描电镜对显微组织进行研究。结果表明,晶粒尺寸随着再结晶退火温度逐渐升高,出现部分再结晶晶粒生长不均匀现象,其拉伸断口呈韧窝状。在早期韧窝较少,随着温度升高,韧窝逐渐增多,且韧窝孔洞加深。
Recrystallization annealing treatment of tin phosphorus bronze after thermal deformation was carried out. The microstructure was studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the size of the grains increases with the annealing temperature of recrystallization, and some of the grains grow unevenly, the tensile fi-acture is dimpled. There are fewer dimples in the early stage, as the temperature rises, the dimples gradually increase and dimples deepen.
