摘要
根据12Cr12Mo马氏体耐热钢标准成分范围,结合理论分析与实践经验,进行成分再设计,平衡铁素体、奥氏体形成元素,添加W、Co等元素,确定新设计的马氏体耐热钢成分为0.1C-12Cr-2.0Co-1.5W-0.45Mn-0.45Ni-0.3Mo-0.3Cu-0.25Si-0.01P-0.01S。其A_1和A_3温度分别约为795℃和840℃,超过A3温度后单相奥氏体达99.8%以上;热处理制度为950℃正火,730℃回火,由CCT曲线得出冷却速度高于0.01℃/s后,即可获得全马氏体组织。
The chemical composition of 12Crl2Mo martensite heat-resistant steel was redesigned by combining the theoretical analysis with and practical experience, according to the standard composition, and balancing the austenite and ferrite?forming elements, adding W,Co and other elements, and the composition of redesigned steel are 0.1C-12Cr-2.0Co -1.5W-0.45Mn-0.45Ni-0.3Mo-0.3Cu-0.25Si-0.01P-0.01S. The A1 and A3 temperature are 795 ℃ and 840 ℃, respectively; the single-phase?of austenite exists more than 99.8% when the temperature reach above A3. The heat treatment parameters are determined as?normalizing temperature at 950 ℃, and ?tempering temperature is 730 ℃, and it shows from the CCT curve that fully martensite can be obtained when the cooling speed faster than 0.01 ℃/s.
