摘要
对铆接结构的板间间隙进行了远场涡流检测试验研究,建立了铆接结构间隙的远场涡流检测有限元仿真模型,研究了激励电流和激励频率对虚部的影响,在此基础上优化了远场涡流传感器的激励参数。对比分析了实部、虚部特征量对间隙进行定量表征的效果。结果表明,优化后的最佳激励频率为100 Hz,检测信号幅值虚部为定量评估间隙的最优特征量。试验测试结果与仿真结论相吻合,规律一致。
The field eddy current test was carried out on the inter-plate gap of riveted structure, a finite element simulation model for the remote field eddy current testing was established, the influence of excitation current and excitation frequency on the imaginary part were studied, and the excitation parameters of the far-field eddy current sensor were optimized. The effect of quantitative characterization of gap between real-part and imaginary part was compared. The results show that the optimal excitation frequency is 100 Hz, and the optimal characteristic quantity of the gap is measured by the imaginary part of the detection signal. The test results are consistent with the simulation results.
