摘要 现代教育主张教育公平,但是由于教师、学生、教学环境等种种复杂因素难以实现真正的公平,教育的质量效果也因此有所折扣。现代教育心理学中三大流派的理论及其实践给了教育教学很大启示,教学与心理学结合对教育将大有裨益。通过分析教育心理学三大流派的理论,切实地在学生教育的不同方面进行实践,凸显出在教学中教育心理学不可或缺的作用,也可以充分发挥教育心理学各大流派的长处,有助于教师充分达到教学目标,学生得到全面发展,教育实现真正的素质教育。 Modern education advocates education fairness, but due to various complicated factors such as teachers, students,and teaching environment, it is difficult to achieve true fairness, and the quality effect of education is therefore discounted. The theory and practice of the three schools of modern educational psychology have given great inspiration to education and teaching. The combination of teaching and psychology will be of great benefit to education. By analyzing the theories of the three schools of educational psychology, and practically practicing in different aspects of student education, it highlights the indispensable role of educational psychology in teaching, and can also give full play to the strengths of the major schools of educational psychology. Help teachers to fully achieve the teaching objectives, students are fully developed, and education achieves true quality education.
