结合本科生导师制的道桥专业卓越工程师培养模式探索 被引量:1

An Exploration of Outstanding Engineers' Cultivation Mode of Road, Bridge and River-crossing Engineering Based on the Undergraduate Tutorial System

摘要 当前,社会对高等本科院校工科大学毕业生的工程实践和创新能力有着较高的要求。为了构建更加高效的工程人才培养模式,教育部出台了"卓越工程师教育培养计划"。本文从"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的人才培养目标出发,结合道路桥梁与渡河工程专业特色,分别从理论教学质量、校企合作培养和综合素质培养三个方面深入探讨了本科生导师制的内在潜力及积极作用,认为本科生导师制可以有效促进理论教学和工程实践的有机融合,进而可构建更加高效的卓越工程师人才培养模式。 At present, the society put forward higher requirements on engineering practice and innovation ability on graduates of engineering universities. In order to construct a more efficient training mode of engineering talents, the Ministry of Education has put forward the "education program of outstanding engineers". Based on the training objectives of the "education program of outstanding engineers" and the characters of Road, Bridge and River-crossing Engineering, this paper analyzed the engineers' education potentialities of undergraduate tutorial system from three aspects: theoretical teaching quality, school-enterprise cooperation, and student's comprehensive quality cultivation. The results suggest that the undergraduate tutorial system can effectively promote the integration of theoretical teaching and engineering practice, and thus can construct a more efficient education mode of outstanding engineers.
