随着农村幼儿教育的快速发展,建立一支高水平的幼教师资队伍迫在眉睫。目前我国农村幼儿教师队伍建设面临着流失率大、师生比例高、教师学历和水平低以及教师队伍混乱等一系列问题,严重影响到我国农村幼儿教育的健康发展。因此,我们可以通过提高农村幼教的地位和待遇、规范幼教师资管理、加强在职培训等措施,从而破解农村幼师队伍建设的难题。

With the rapid development of rural early childhood education, it is extremely urgent to establish a high-level young teachers＇ team. At present, the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in China faces a series of problems such as high turnover rate, high teacher-student ratio, low teacher education and level, and chaotic teacher team, which seriously affects the healthy development of rural early childhood education in China. Therefore, we can solve the problem of the construction of rural kindergarten teachers by improving the status and treatment of rural early childhood education, regulating the management of young teachers, and strengthening on-the-job training.
