Let Limited Resources Serve the Sustainable Development of Education——On the utilization of resources in the process of school development

改革开放以来,基础教育在办学体制、经费投入、素质教育、教学改革、师资队伍建设和依法治校等方面,都取得了比较显著的成绩,为新世纪教育改革与发展打下了坚实的基础。但是,由于办学形式单一,资金来源渠道狭窄,师资补充不及时、地区经济发展不平衡等因素,已经成为了制约学校再发展的一个瓶颈。本文将从学校资源形式和利用率的角度,解析学校发展过程中因资源利用不合理产生的问题,并探索教育资源最大化利用的策略。

Since the reform and opening up, basic education has achieved remarkable results in terms of school running system, funding investment, quality education, teaching reform, teacher team building and school governance, laying a solid foundation for education reform and development in the new century. However, due to the single form of schooling, the narrow source of funds, the lack of timely teacher recruitment, and the imbalance of regional economic development, it has become a bottleneck restricting the redevelopment of schools. This paper will analyze the problems of unreasonable resource utilization in the process of school development from the perspective of school resource form and utilization rate, and explore the strategy of maximizing the use of educational resources.
