摘要
根据生源的基础知识掌握水平、人员数量来分,中职学校大体上分为三种情况,一、班级内学生全部是对口升学的学生;二、班级内全部是学习技能的学生,就是说不升学,只就业;三、就业生和对口升学的学生混合而成的班级。对于后面两种班级中,有很大一部分学生学习成绩优秀,又学有余力,况且在某方面有很强的学习能力和接受能力,所以应该给他们"开小灶",各种兴趣小组就应运而生了,但发展不平衡,参差不齐。本课题基于上述状况,以兴趣小组的创建为例,从一般性、常规性兴趣小组和竞赛性兴趣小组两个方面进行了深入、细致的分析、研究,对大家起到一个抛砖引玉的作用。
According to the basic knowledge of the students to master the level and the number of personnel, the secondary vocational school is divided into three kinds of situations. First, the students in the class are all students in the right school;two, all the students in the class are learning skills, that is, not to get higher school, only employment; three, the students of employment and students who enter school are mixed. For the latter two classes, there are a large number of students with excellent academic achievements and learning ability. Besides, they have strong learning ability and ability to accept. Therefore,they should give them a "small focus". All kinds of interest groups have come into being, but the development is uneven and the difference is uneven. Based on the above situation, taking the creation of interest groups as an example, this paper makes a thorough and detailed analysis and research from two aspects of general, conventional interest groups and competitive interest groups, and plays a role for everyone.
