创新创业教育视域下的高校就业指导课程改革探索

Exploration on the Reform of College Employment Guidance Course from the Perspective of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

李克强总理提出"大众创业,万众创新"以来,创新创业教育被高校作为一项重要任务来抓,就业指导课程作为创新创业教育的重要途径,也应得到更多的关注。通过对就业指导课程的开设现状的分析发现,目前大部分高校的就业指导课程在开设观念、课程内容和实施过程三个方面都存在一定的不足,亟需改革,在此基础上,笔者提出针对性的改革建议,以期促进高校的就业指导课程建设与创新创业教育效果。

Since Premier Li Keqiang proposed ＂mass entrepreneurship, popular innovation＂, innovation and entrepreneurship education has been taken as an important task by colleges and universities. As an important way of innovation and entrepreneurship education, employment guidance courses should also receive more attention. Through the analysis of the status quo of the employment guidance course, it is found that most of the employment guidance courses in colleges and universities have certain deficiencies in the three aspects of concept, course content and implementation process, and reform is urgently needed. On this basis, the author proposes reform proposals, with a view to promoting the construction of employment guidance courses and the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
