摘要
师德建设是高校建设的重要任务,工会是保障职工权利、促进职工进步的重要平台。发挥工会组织在高校教师师德建设方面的积极作用,采取有效策略,不断提高师德教育建设的有效性,强化教师的敬业精神和奉献意识,服务高校学生学习和发展,促进我国高等教育健康稳定发展。
The construction of teachers＇ ethics is an important task in the construction of colleges and universities, and trade unions are important platforms for safeguarding workers＇ rights and promoting their progress. Give full play to the positive role of union organization in the construction of teachers＇ Ethics in Colleges and universities, adopt effective strategies, improve the effectiveness of the construction of teachers＇ ethics education, strengthen the professionalism and dedication of teachers, serve the study and development of college students, and promote the healthy and stable development of higher education in China.
