摘要
高校的人才引进工作是人力资本投资的一项重要内容。文章分析了高校人力资本投资的理论内涵与基本特征,提出了高校人才引进过程中存在的人力资本投资选择风险、匹配风险、流失风险、道德风险,为有效规避人力资本投资的风险性,可采取科学制定人才引进计划、加强引进人才测评工作、制定高校人员配置计划、强化高校管理制度建设等措施。
Talent introduction of universities is an important segment of human capital investment. In this paper, the connot- ation and basic characteristics of human capital investment in universities are analyzed. And propose the selection risk, match risk, loss risk and moral risk of human capital investment during the talent introduction process. To avoid risk of human capital investment effectively, the measures of making scientific talent introduction policy, strengthening the evaluation work, setting staffing plan and strengthening the management system of universities can be adooted.
