A Study on the Quantitative Evaluation of the Development Quality of College Student Party Members in the New Era

高校学生党员发展质量直接影响着高校党建工作和思政工作,关系到党员的整体质量。考核体系是发展党员的入口关,是党员质量的重要保障。本研究通过文献调研结合新时期对大学生党员的要求,在高校学生党员质量提升的量化考核模块设计中设立一级和二级考核指标,形成强具针对性的量化考核体系。

The quality of party members＇ development in colleges and universities directly affects the party building work and ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and it is related to the overall quality of party members. The assess- ment system is the entry barrier for the development of party members and an important guarantee for the quality of party members. Through the literature research and the requirements of the college students in the new era, this study establishes the first- level and second-level assessment indicators in the design of the quantitative assessment module for the quality improvement of college student party members, and forms a highly targeted quantitative assessment system.
