Rethinking on English New-media Mobile-learning

网络化信息化的高度发展极大促进了英语新媒体移动学习方式的发展。新媒体移动学习方式具有显而易见的优点,如学习方式灵活便捷、学习内容重点突出、学习自主程度高等。但缺乏体系建设、有效教学监管的缺失,以及过度娱乐化的趋势等不足之处的涌现,使得对这种学习方式必须进行再思考和重新认识。

New-media based English mobile-learning approach emerges and is now prosperous in the networked society. The merits of this approach are obvious. It provides flexible and convenient learning opportunities with highly concentrated teaching contents. Also, it helps to develop and build the self-learning awareness of the learners. This paper also explores the defects,for example, being short of systematical course construction and efficient supervision and management from instructors. Its excessive-entertaining teaching style also generates wild rethinking and discussion.
