摘要 随着教育改革的深入发展、社会各界对课堂效果重视度的提升,课堂观察俨然成为高职院校教学活动中不可或缺的一环。课堂观察不仅是观察师生在课堂上的互动,也是促进教师专业能力提升、丰富课堂教学实践、营造良好学术氛围的重要途径。通过调查川北幼专高职院校英语教师课堂观察现状,深入分析高职院校英语教师在课堂观察中存在的问题,由此提出相应解决对策,以期对高职院校英语教师课堂观察提供借鉴。 With the in-depth development of education reform and the increasing emphasis on classroom effects by all walks of life, classroom observation has become an indispensable part of the teaching activities of higher vocational colleges. Classroom observation is not only to observe the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom, but also to promote teachers' professional ability, enrich classroom teaching practice, and create a good academic atmosphere. By investigating the current situation of classroom observation of English teachers in North Sichuan College of Preschool Teacher Education, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the classroom observation of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, and proposes corresponding solutions to provide a reference for the classroom observation of English teachers in higher vocational colleges.
