随着我国各大高校的扩招和高校毕业生就业制度的改革,导致社会毕业生流动党员的人数变得越来越多,而管理工作的难度也变得越来越大,传统的流动党员管理体系也已经不能适用于当前党员的发展,所以高校只有不断的完善管理制度,从毕业流动党员的思想入手,这样才能保证管理工作的顺利开展。本文通过对高校毕业生流动党员管理工作存在问题进行分析,然后提出完善毕业生流动党员管理工作的对策和建议,希望能够为相关人员带来帮助。

With the expansion of the major colleges and universities and the reform of the employment system for college graduates, the number of mobile graduates has become more and more, and the difficulty of management has become more and more serious. The traditional mobile party management system can no longer be applied to the current development of party members, so colleges and universities only have to constantly improve the management system, starting from the idea of graduating mobile party members, so as to ensure the smooth development of management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of mobile party members in colleges and universities, and then proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of mobile party members.
