高校暂缓就业毕业生党员(以下统称暂缓党员)的教育管理是新形势下党建工作面临的一项重大难题,各大高校也都对此做出了一些改进和完善。本文在实践经验、访谈调查和文献查阅的基础上,总结了当前暂缓党员教育与管理方面的一些问题并提出了几点对策。

The education management of college graduates who have suspended employment graduates（hereinafter collectively referred to as the suspended party members） is a major problem faced by the party building work under the new situation.All major universities have also made some improvements and improvements. Based on practical experience, interview investigation and literature review, this paper summarizes some problems in the current suspension of party members＇ education and management and puts forward some countermeasures.
