专业教学标准对于高职院校准确把握培养目标和规格,制定人才培养方案起着重要指导作用。但目前高职保险专业教学标准开发还面临岗位设置复杂、岗位工作任务与课程体系对接难度大等诸多困难,下一步,应以职业为导向,构建包括职业面向、培养目标、培养规格、课程设置及学时安排、教学基本条件、质量保障等方面主要内容高职保险专业教学标准。
