摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,各种组织之间利益相互交织,错综复杂的关系导致组织危机事件频发。危机事件"乘"着新媒体时代的传播"快车",快速发酵形成一股强大的舆论力量。秘书部门作为组织内外沟通的桥梁,在面对危机事件时,秘书人员的危机传播管理水平在很大程度上影响了危机公关的效果。本文主要基于危机处理的"3T"原则来阐述现代秘书的危机传播管理并提出提高危机传播管理的策略。
In the context of economic globalization, the interests of various organizations are intertwined, and the intricate relationship leads to frequent organizational crisis events. The crisis incident "takes on" the spread of "fast cars" in the new media era, and quickly fermented to form a powerful public opinion force. As a bridge for internal and external communication,the secretarial department has affected the crisis public relations effect in the face of crisis events. This paper is based on the "3 T" principle of crisis management to explain the modern secretary's crisis communication management and propose strategies to improve crisis communication management.
