Student apartment management under ＂Party Building ＋Grid＂ is an effective way to introduce the grid management into the ideological and political work of universities. Given that this mode of management needs the support of system, the design of ＂three planes, three fulcrums and three links＂ is raised to bring about an advance in the construction of grid management.
