宁国市农村居民点土地集约利用评价研究

农村居民点土地集约利用是新农村建设当中的一个重要问题,在现在的农村建设当中居民点布局是散乱的和自发性的,而且农村的居民点土地利用率低,在这形势下农村居民点用地的内部潜力的探讨越来越重要。本文通过分析宁国市的自然和经济区域的概况,得出近些年来宁国市的土地现状。采取多因素评价的方法来评价农村居民点土地的利用程度。建立了以农村居民点的布局、农村居民点的投入强度、土地的利用强度、利用效率等指标体系,通过计然后得出结果,最后对结果进行分析,给出针对宁国市农村居民点问题的建议与对策。

Through the calculation and then the results are obtained, the results are analyzed and the problem is given to the rural settlements in Ningguo City Suggestions and Countermeasures.
