摘要
在磨球直径为0.3 mm条件下,采用机械球磨法制备出平均粒径为81.6 nm的CL-20/HMX共晶炸药。用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、拉曼(Raman)、红外(IR)以及撞击感度试验对CL-20/HMX样品进行了表征及测试。结果表明,球磨后样品的微观形貌呈类球形,粒度呈正态分布;机械球磨作用并没有改变原料的元素组成和分子结构,但XRD测试表明,球磨后的CL-20/HMX有新的晶相生成,拉曼和IR测试表明CL-20/HMX部分衍射峰发生偏移的原因是产生了C—H…O氢键。CL-20/HMX共晶的撞击感度较原料和CL-20/HMX共混物均降低了,在5 kg落锤下的特性落高H50为32.62 cm。
By milling 2,4,6,8,10,12-Hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane( CL-20) and 1,3,5,7-tetranittro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocane( HMX) together,nano-CL-20/HMX cocrystal with mean particle size of 81.6 nm were prepared under the conditions of the 0.3 mm diameter of milling balls.The SEM,XRD,Raman,IR analyses were used to characterize the sample.Impact sensitivity tests were conducted to evaluate the impact safety performance of the CL-20/HMX sample. The results show that after milling,the micro morphology of the explosives is near-spherical and the particle size reveals normal distribution. Before and after milling,the element composition and molecular structure of the CL-20/HMX did not change in comparison to the raw CL-20 and HMX.However,there are new crystal phases presented in the XRD pattern.The reason for some peaks of CL-20/HMX shifted is the formation of C—H…O hydrogen bonding in the Raman and IR pattern.In impact sensitivity tests,with 5 kg hammer,the characteristic height( H50) of CL-20/HMX was 32.62 cm.Compared with the starting raw materials and simple mixture,the impact sensitivity of CL-20/HMX cocrystal is much better.
