镁对两年生艾纳香生物量、抗氧化酶活性及有效成分积累的影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Magnesium on Biomass, Antioxidant Enzyme Activities,and Active Component Accumulation of Two Years Old Blumea balsamifera

摘要 以两年生艾纳香苗为实验材料,用七水合硫酸镁提供镁素,研究镁对艾纳香药材生物量、3种抗氧化酶活性、总黄酮和l-龙脑百分含量和单株产量。结果表明,镁显著增加了艾纳香生物量。与其他处理组相比,5、10和80 mg/m L镁处理的SOD和CAT活性较高,而POD活性较低。不同浓度的镁处理显著提高了艾纳香中总黄酮百分含量、总黄酮单株产量以及l-龙脑单株产量,其中5、10和80 mg/m L镁处理组最显著。而10 mg/m L镁处理下的l-龙脑百分含量最高。因此,综合以上结果,10 mg/m L镁处理为两年生艾纳香施用的最佳浓度,能显著提高药材生物量和药材质量。 The seedlings of Bl umea balsamifera(L.) DC at the age of 2 years old were treated with different concentrations of magnesium(Mg) to determine their biomass, 3 antioxidant enzyme activities and the percentage composition and yield per plant of total flavonoids and l-borneol. The results showed that the different concentrations of Mg significantly increased the biomass. The activities of SOD and CAT in the treatments with Mg at 5, 10 and 80 mg/ml were higher, while the activity of POD was lower. The different concentrations of Mg significantly increased the percentage composition and yield per plant of total flavonoids, and the 80 mg/m L Mg treatment had the highest percentage composition and yield per plant of total flavonoids. The percentage composition and yield per plant of l-borneol were the highest in the 10 mg/ml Mg treatment. Therefore, the best concentration of Mg was 10 mg/ml for dressing the 2 years old seedlings of B. balsamifera(L.) DC, which increased significantly the biomass and the quality of B. balsamifera(L.) DC.
