摘要
为提高秀珍菇栽培产量与质量,并提供科学添加麸皮用量依据,用灰色关联度分析秀珍菇数量性状与麸皮用量的关系,并进行不同方法的营养评价。结果表明:选择6种营养评价方法对基于不同麸皮用量的秀珍菇(‘福秀5669’)子实体的营养评价值结果各异。其中,营养指数与秀珍菇生产的麸皮用量关联度最大,达到0.820 2,说明麸皮用量与营养指数的关系最为密切;而化学评分的评价数值与与秀珍菇生产的麸皮用量关联度居第二;与秀珍菇生产的麸皮用量关联度最小的指标是生物价。通过灰色关联度分析表明,培养料中麸皮用量与各指标数量的关联度排序为:处理3>处理2>处理4>处理1>CK>处理5>处理6。其中麸皮30%处理关联度最大,达到0.795 6;麸皮60%的处理关联度最小,仅为0.516 2;说明不同麸皮用量处理对秀珍菇子实体的各种指标数量变化有一定影响。
The relationship between quantitative characters of Pleurotus geesteranus and the rates of bran used to culture P. geesteranus was analyzed by using the grey correlation analysis, and the nutrition of P.geesteranus was evaluated by using different methods in order to provide scientific basis for improvement of the yield and quality of P. geesteranus and the use of bran for culture. The results showed that the nutrition indexes of the fruiting bodies of P. geesteranus strain Fuxiu 5669 based on different rates of bran used for culture were different among the 6 nutritional evaluation methods. The correlation between bran use rate and the nutrition index was highest, up to 0.820 2, followed by the correlation between chemical scores and bran use rate, and the lowest was the correlation between the bran use rates and the biological value. The grey correlation analysis showed that the quantitative correlation degree between bran use rates and various indexes was in the order of the treatments with the bran of 30% 〉20% 〉40% 〉10% 0% 〉50% 〉70%. The treatment with 30% of bran had the highest correlation, up to 0.795 6, and the treatment with 60% of bran had the lowest correlation(0.5162). This indicated that the rate of bran used for culture had some effect on quantitative change in different indexes of the fruiting bodies of P. geesteranus.
