摘要
以3个主导橡胶树‘热研-873’、‘热研-73397’、‘湛试-93114’为研究对象,探讨各品系鲜胶乳和浓缩胶乳的性能特征。结果表明:割胶时期、加工条件、储存时间等直接影响胶乳的应用性能。割胶初期‘热研-73397’鲜胶乳的总固体含量和干胶含量最高,割胶后期总固体含量和干胶含量最低,降幅最大;‘热研-873’胶乳机械稳定度(MST)最高;三者胶乳粘度接近且较稳定;三者胶乳挥发脂肪酸值(VFA NO.)变化不大;‘湛试-93114’硫化胶膜的物理性能最好。
The performance characteristics of fresh latex and concentrated latex from the three major clones of rubber trees( ‘Reyan 8-73', ‘Reyan 73-3-97' and ‘Zhanshi 93-114') were analyzed. The results showed that the performance of latex was directly affected by the tapping time, processing conditions and storage time. The total solid content and dry rubber content of the fresh latex collected from ‘Reyan73-3-97' were the highest at the early stage of tapping, and the lowest at the late stage of tapping, with the highest decline range. The mechanical stability(MST) of the latex of ‘Reyan8-73' was the highest. The latexes of the 3 rubber clones had similar viscosity and relative stability with little change in volatile fatty acid. The vulcanized latex film of ‘Zhanshi 93-114' had the best physical properties.
