摘要
目的观察酒精摄入对糖尿病大鼠即时血糖及血糖调节的作用。方法 48只Wistar大鼠建立糖尿病模型成功后随即分为试验组和对照组,两组再各分为低剂量、中剂量和高剂量三个亚组,各8只大鼠,试验组各亚组大鼠给予不同剂量的酒精干预,而对照组各亚组给予不同剂量的生理盐水干预。4周后进行糖耐量试验,测定血糖、胰岛素、胰高血糖素、C肽、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)的变化情况,并进行统计学分析。结果在30、60、120 min时,试验组各亚组大鼠糖耐量试验中血糖水平均低于对照组各亚组大鼠的血糖水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组高剂量组和中剂量组大鼠血糖水平低于同期低剂量组大鼠血糖水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组大鼠的胰岛素水平、GLP-1水平显著高于对照组中对应各亚组大鼠的胰岛素、GLP-1水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组大鼠的胰高血糖素水平显著低于对照组中对应各亚组大鼠的胰高血糖素水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酒精摄入能够改善糖尿病大鼠对胰岛素的敏感性,中剂量和高剂量的摄入酒精有引起低血糖的危险。
Objective To study the effect of ethanol on blood glucose and blood glucose regalution of diabetes rats.Methods 48 diabetes rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Both groups were further divided into three subgroups. The small dose group, middle dose group and large dose group, 8 rats in each group. The three subgroup rats in the exprimental group were fed with different dose of ethanol and the three subgroup rats in the control group were fed with normal saline. After 4 weeks, OGTT was performed on the all rats. The levels of blood glucose, insulin,glucagon, C peptide and glucagon-likepeptide-1(GLP-1)were measured and the results were statistically analyzed.Results At 30、60、120 min,the levels blood glucose of rats in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05). In the experiment group,the blood glucose levels of middle dose group and large dose group were significantly lower than that of small dose group(P〈0.05). The levels of insulin and GLP-1 of the rats in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The glucagon level of the rats in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ethanol intaken could improve the insulin sensitivity of rats with diabetes. Middle dose and large dose of ethanol intaken might cause the hypoglycaemia.
