摘要
某型高压气瓶在测试过程中发生漏气,对漏气部位的宏观形貌、化学成分、金相组织、硬度、断口进行了理化检测与分析。结果表明:气瓶原材料中含有大量夹杂物,降低了其抗应力腐蚀性能;内部高压使得气瓶表面处于大的拉应力状态;裸手触摸和后续低温试验导致氯离子残留并聚集在瓶头处。以上原因最终使气瓶发生应力腐蚀开裂而漏气。
A high pressure cylinder leaked in testing process.The macro morphology,chemical composition,metallographic structure,hardness and fracture of the leaking cylinder were analyzed.The results show that many inclusions in the cylinder material reduced the stress-corrosion resistance of the material.High inner pressure caused high tensile stress on the cylinder surface,chloride ions remained and accumulated at the top of the cylinder because of bare hand touching and follow-up low-temperature testing.Stress corrosion cracking happened on the cylinder due to the above reasons and resulted in the leakage of the high pressure cylinder finally.
