浅议肾气丸中生地黄的应用

Discussion on the Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae) Applied in Shenqi Pills(肾气丸)

通过查阅中医古籍及文献资料,梳理肾气丸的方源及衍变,并从组方依据、临床应用和现代研究3个方面辨析肾气丸中生地黄与熟地黄之争,以明确金匮肾气丸的方源,理解生地黄在肾气丸中的地位、作用及配伍依据。金匮肾气丸出自《金匮要略》由生(干)地黄、山茱萸、山药、泽泻、茯苓、牡丹皮、桂枝和附子(炮)组成,区别于现今的中成药金匮肾气丸,且易与桂附地黄丸、济生肾气丸混淆。地黄在金匮肾气丸中占有十分重要的地位,其生熟之易,可使整个方剂的作用发生改变。

Through reviewing the ancient books and literatures of TCM, combing the origin and evolution of Shenqi Pills, the author argues the dispute between the raw land of Shenqi Pill and Shengdihuang （Radix Rehmanniae） in terms of prescription, clinical application and modern research. JinkuiShenqi Pill （金匮肾气丸） is composed of raw （dried） Rehmanniae, Shanzhuyu （Comus officinalis）, Shanyao （Chinese yam）, Zexie （Alismaori- entalis）, Fuling （Poriacocos）, Mudanpi （Cortex Moutan）, Gnizhi （Cinnamon） and Paofuzi [Aconitum （gun）], which is different from the present Chinese traditional medicine Jinkui Shen Gas pill, and easy to and Guifu Dihuang Wan, Jisheng Shenqi pill confusion. Rehmanniaglutinosa in the Jinkui Shenqi Pill plays an important role in its raw and cooked easily, the role of the prescription can change.
