基于“土湿木郁”理论探讨水气满中治则

On Therapeutic of Water Vapour in Full Based on Soil Wet Wood Depression

水气满中是临床常见的一种病理状态,因气水不化弥漫中焦,主要以胸闷咳逆,脘腹痞满,纳呆噫气,水肿小便不利为主,其病机复杂,变证繁多。通过对"一气周流"视野下气水周流模式的学习,得出土湿木郁是其病机关键,当以燥湿补脾,疏达肝气,通达气水运行通道为治则。
