反相高效液相色谱法测定妇炎康复胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Fuyan Kangfu Capsule(妇炎康复胶囊) by HPLC

目的:提高完善妇炎康复胶囊质量标准。方法:采用反相HPLC法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax-SB C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(45∶55);柱温为35℃,流速为0.8 mL/min^(-1),检测波长为280 nm。结果:黄芩苷对照品在103.9~2078 ng范围内线性关系良好(R2=1),平均回收率为103.67%(n=6),RSD%为1.75%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于该制剂中黄芩苷的含量测定。

Objective： To improve Fuyan Kangfu Capsule quality standards. Methods： HPLC method was used to determine the content of baicalin in Fuyan Kangfu Capsule, column Agilent Zorbax-SB C18 （250 minx4.6 mmx5μm） was eluted with mobile phase of methanol-water-0.2% phosphoric acid （45：55）, at column temperature 35°C. The flow rate was 0.8 mL＇min-t and detective wavelength was 280 nm. Results： The linear range of baicalin was within 103.9-2078 ng（r2=l）, and the average recovery was 103.67%; RSD% was 1.75%（n=6）. Con- clusion： The method is simple, reliable, accurate, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and can be used for quality control of the preparations.
