3种机用镍钛锉对磨牙根管弯曲度的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :评价Pro Taper、Mtwo、M3 3种机用镍钛器械对磨牙根管弯曲度的影响。方法 :将45例需行根管治疗的磨牙随机分为3组,分别使用Pro Taper,Mtwo,M3机用镍钛器械预备根管,对合格率及预备前、后各组根管的弯曲度变化进行测量,采用SPSS22.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:3组器械预备根管后合格率及不同预备器械对根管弯曲度的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05),各组预备前、后根管弯曲度的变化均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3组器械均能有效成形根管且对根管弯曲度的影响无显著差异,但预备后根管弯曲度均产生变化。在弯曲根管的成形中,需要防止弯曲根管预备并发症的发生。 PURPOSE: To evaluate the influence of Pro Taper, Mtwo, and M3 nickel-titanium instruments on root canal curvature during root canal preparation. METHODS: Forty-five molars with root canal therapy were randomly divided into 3 groups. The root canals were prepared by using Pro Taper, Mtwo and M3 nickel-titanium instruments. The qualified rate and change of root canal curvature before and after preparation were compared using SPSS22.0 software package.RESULTS: There was no significant difference between the three groups in the qualification rate after root canal preparation and the effect of different preparatory devices on root canal curvature(P〉0.05), but there was significant difference in the change of root canal curvature before and after preparation(P〈0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The three kinds of nickel-titanium instruments can effectively form root canal and have no difference in root canal curvature, but the curvature of root canal is changed after preparation. It is important to prevent complications during curved root canal preparation.
