摘要
2014年上海推出的"中本贯通"试点,是中职教育体制改革中的重要的举措,是国内高级应用型人才培养的一种新模式。文章对"中本贯通"班学情进行分析,主要从心理状况方面给出了针对性建议。在民主建班过程中,理事会领导下的管理体制建设,问题导向的活动机制建设,是本研究的主要特色方向。
In 2014,shanghai launched a pilot project"combined secondary and higher vocational education",which was a important measure in the reform of vocational education system,as well as a new mode of training advanced applied persons. This article analyzed the learning situation of the"combined secondary and higher vocational education"students,then made some specific suggestions to the students' mental health state. In the process of democratic class building,the main features of this study were the management system construction under the leadership of the council and problem-oriented mechanism construction.
