摘要
调查分析河南和江浙沪地区幼儿教师科学素养的现有状况及需求,结果显示:河南省幼儿教师的科学素养显著落后于江浙沪地区幼儿教师;在组织科学活动时,两地幼儿教师的科学方法不存在显著差异,但江浙沪地区幼儿教师的科学态度显著优于河南省幼儿教师;两地男性幼儿教师的科学素养均显著优于女性幼儿教师,但在组织科学活动时却不存在性别的显著差异;河南省本科及以上学历幼儿教师在科学素养和组织科学活动上均优于本科以下学历幼儿教师,江浙沪地区本科及以上学历幼儿教师仅在组织科学活动上优于本科以下学历幼儿教师;幼儿教师对学前教育专业学生的人文素质、合作和责任感、思考与创新、追求专业发展以及组织科学活动能力的期望排名靠前,但对评价幼儿科学领域学习和发展的能力、教育科研能力的重视不足。基于此调查结果,文章为河南省高校培养学前教育专业学生的科学素养提供相关建议。
We did the survey and analysis of preschool teachers' scientific literacy in Henan,Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas,The results show that the scientific literacy of the preschool teachers in Henan is significantly lower than that of the preschool teachers in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas. The significant difference in organizing scientific activities is mainly manifested in the scientific attitudes of the teachers from both areas,but not in the scientific methods they used. The scientific literacy of male preschool teachers in both areas is significantly better than that of female teachers,but there is no significant gender difference when the teachers organized scientific activities. The preschool teachers from Henan with bachelor degree or above are superior to those with lower degree both in scientific literacy and organizing scientific activities. And the preschool teachers from Jiang Zhe areas with bachelor degree or above are superior to those with lower degree only in organizing scientific activities. Humanistic literacy,cooperation and responsibility,thinking and innovation,and ability to organize scientific activities are the best qualities which undergraduate students majored in preschool education are expected to have. However,the abilities to evaluate children's learning and development and to do educational and scientific research are not paid enough attention to. According to this survey,some suggestions are provided for cultivating scientific literacy among the students majored in preschool education in the universities in Henan.
