摘要
以Cu-MOF-199/氧化石墨烯(GO)为前驱体,经高温碳化得到一种铜氧化物均匀分布在碳骨架上的赝电容材料Cu-CuxO-C/rGO,采用热分析法、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等对材料的结构和形貌进行分析,采用循环伏安和恒电流充放电等方法测试材料的电化学性能.未掺杂rGO的复合材料呈八面体构型,Cu和CuxO颗粒均匀分布在碳骨架上,随着rGO引入量的增加,其形态的不规则程度增大.rGO投料比例为10%、碳化温度为800℃时,材料的电容性能最佳,在电流密度为0.5A·g^-1时比电容达620F·g^-1,1A·g^-1时达477F·g^-1,2A·g^-1时仍有206F·g^-1.
Cu-MOF-199/graphene oxide(GO)as the precursor,apseudocapacitance material Cu-CuxO-C/reduced graphene oxide(rGO)with uniformly distributed copper oxide on the carbon skeleton was prepared by carbonization at the high temperature.Thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were employed to characterize the structure and morphology of the prepared material.The electrochemical properties of the material were tested by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge method.The composites without rGO present an octahedral shape where Cu and CuxO are well-dispersed on the carbon skeleton.The structure of composite becomes irregular with the increase of rGO content.The optimal capacitance is obtained when the rGO content is 10% and the carbonization temperature is 800 ℃.The specific capacitance could reaches 620 F·g^-1 at a current density of0.5 A·g^-1,477 F·g^^-1 at 1 A·g^-1 and 206 F·g^-1 at 2 A·g^-1,respectively.
