摘要
以废旧亚麻布为前驱体,通过在250℃预氧化1h、700℃高温热解碳化2h制备具有电化学活性的亚麻基碳纤维材料.实验结果表明,制得的亚麻基碳纤维保持了较完整的纤维状结构,产率为19.4%;比表面积为737.8m^2·g^-1,孔容积为0.41cm^3·g^-1.该碳纤维材料制成超级电容器电极材料,表现出准电化学电容行为,在电流密度为0.25A·g^-1时,比电容达到最大值185F·g^-1.
In this work,linen-based carbon fiber materials were prepared by pre-oxidation at 250 ℃ for 1 hand pyrolysis at 700 ℃for 2 husing waste linen cloth as precursors.The experimental results show that the linen basedcarbon fibers possess complete fibrous structure with a yield of 19.4%,its specific surface area is 737.8 m^2·g^-1,and the pore volume is 0.41 cm^3·g^-1.When the linen-based carbon fiber material is fabricated into electrode materials for electrochemical test,it performs as a quasi-electrochemical capacitor.The optimal specific capacitance achieves 185 F·g^-1 at a current density of 0.25 A·g^-1.
