摘要
为确诊福建省龙岩市某蛇场滑鼠蛇发病死亡病因,采集病蛇肠道内样品进行细菌分离、细菌形态学观察、沙门菌inv A基因序列分析、耐药性测定,结果显示,分离菌为肠炎沙门菌;分离菌株对头孢噻肟、左氧氟沙星、头孢他啶敏感;对链霉素中度敏感;对青霉素、四环素、阿莫西林完全耐药。由此可知,福建省龙岩市某蛇场滑鼠蛇发病死亡病因为肠炎沙门菌感染,治疗可选用头孢噻肟、左氧氟沙星、头孢他啶等抗生素。
The present study was aimed to identify the bacteria isolate which caused the death of mucosal rat snake( Ptyas Mucosus) through morphological observation,the sequence analysis of inv A gene of Salmonella spp. and drug-resistance test. The results showed that the isolate was Salmonella enteritidis. Drug susceptibility test showed that the isolate was highly sensitive to cefotaxime,ceftazidime and levofloxacin,moderately sensitive to streptomycin,and fully resistant to penicillin,tetracycline and amoxicillin. Our data indicated that the isolated pathogen of the diseased snake was Salmonella enteritidis,which will provide the basis for the disease control.
