盐酸多西环素子宫泡腾片在奶牛体内的药代动力学研究

Pharmacokinetic study of the pharmacokinetics of polycytinea hydrochloride in the cow

为研究自制的盐酸多西环素子宫泡腾片在奶牛体内的药代动力学特征,选取6头健康的荷斯坦奶牛,产后手投子宫给药1片,采用HPLC-MS/MS法测定血药浓度,药代动力学软件Win Nonlin进行数据处理。结果表明,主要药动学参数如下:达峰时间(Tmax)为(2.67±1.37)h,峰浓度(Cmax)为(357.65±180.76)μg/L,药时曲线下面积(AUC)为(8467.47±5703.86)μg h/L,表观分布容积(Vd/F)(10 000.75±5 377.95)L,消除半衰期(t1/2)为(25.93±8.28)h,体清除率(CL/F)为(317.46±201.32)L/h。提示本药全身作用较少,局部滞留较多有利于发挥治疗作用。

Pharmacokinetics of the self-made Doxycycline Hydrochloride Intrauterine Effervescent Tablets was studied. 6 healthy holstein cows received one effervescent tablet by intrauterine,and the concentration of drug in the plasma was detected by HPLC-MS/MS,and the data was calculated by the Win Nonlin software. The main pharmacokinetics parameters were as follows： Tmax（ 2. 67 ± 1. 37） h,Cmax（ 357. 65 ± 180. 76） μg/L,AUC（ 8467. 47 ± 5703. 86） μgh/L,Vd/F（ 10000. 75 ±5377. 95） L,t1/2（ 25. 93 ± 8. 28）,and CL/F（ 317. 46 ± 201. 32） L/h. The results show that the drug can play a very good therapeutic role in the womb.
