摘要
我国国际地位的提升及军队走出去战略的实施对我军的外语能力提出了更高要求。在此背景之下,本文探讨了我军整体外语能力建设过程中需要高度关注的几个问题。首先需要上下统一认识,厘清通与专之间的关系,确定关键语种;其次要建立起相应的人才培养与评价机制,明确相应人才要求并对其加以激励;根据实际需要实施分层教学,实现因材施教、有的放矢,并不断改进教学手段,对当前的高科技手段进行充分利用,确保教学效果的实现。
The rise of the status of our country in the world and the implementation of going-out strategy in our army are now raising new and higher demands for the overall foreign language capability of our army. As a research work against such background, this paper makes a study on several issues that need full attention in the construction of such capability. First of all, we should unify our attitude toward this issue, distinguish the difference between universality and speciality of the language capability, and identify the key foreign languages. Besides, we should establish the corresponding system to cultivate and evaluate relevant personnel,pinpoint the requirements for such talents, and give an impetus for them. Thirdly, we should divide our teaching into different levels in accordance with the practical requirements of our army and make full use of the high-tech so as to maximize our teaching efficiency.
