"供给侧改革"是两会上提出的对中国经济未来发展重大战略调整的一项改革措施。同样,高校只有认识新常态,适应新常态,才能引领新常态。"供给侧改革"要求"十三五"规划期间,进行高等教育结构性改革,要满足社会和人民对高等教育资源的需求,使高等教育供给和需求达到平衡状态。
The ＂supply - side reform＂ is a reform measure put forward by the Two Sessions for the major strategic adjustment of China＇s economic development in the future. Similarly, colleges and universities can lead the new steady situation only if they know the new steady situation and adapt to it.
