地方师范类高校青年教师工程实践能力的培养——以化学工程与工艺专业为例

On Cultivation of Engineering Practice Ability for Young Teachers in Local Normal Colleges and Universities——Take the Chemical Engineering and Technology Major as an Example

地方师范类高校升本后学生规模大幅度提升,导致师生比严重下降,为此地方师范类高校引进了大量的青年教师,然而青年教师工程实践能力欠缺,不能适应地方师范类高校从教育教学大学向应用型大学的转型。本文首先阐释了加强青年教师工程实践能力培养的必要性和迫切性,然后分析了地方师范类高校青年教师应该具有的工程实践能力,结合化学工程与工艺专业的实践,提出了加强青年教师工程实践能力的措施和建议。

The sharp increase of the number of students after the local normal colleges being upgraded leaded to a sharp decline on the student-faculty ratios of local normal universities. Therefore,a large number of young teachers are introduced in local normal colleges and universities. However,due to a lack of engineering practice ability,young teachers can＇t adapt to the local normal universities ＇ transformation from education teaching colleges to applied universities. The necessity and urgency of strengthening engineering practice ability training of young teachers are illustrated in this paper,and then the abilities of engineering practice these young teachers should poessess are analyzed; combined with the practice of chemical engineering and technology,measures and suggestions to strengthen young teachers＇ engineering practice abilities are put forward.
