群体心理视阈下民办高等教育发展策略探究

Research on the Development Strategy of Private Higher Education from the Perspective of Group Psychology

家长群体作为民办高校的主要受众,他们既有着群体心理的基本特征,又具有其特殊的利益特征,他们的态度行为对民办高等教育发展产生了重要的影响,因此要从政府、民办高校自身、考生家长个人及社会的角度出发,完善现有教育政策法律,提高民办高校办学质量,转变落后的思想观念,发挥群体领袖的正面影响力,引导舆论,促进民办高等教育健康稳步发展。

The parent group,as the main audience of the private colleges,who poessess both their basic characteristics of group psychology and features of special interests,have great influence on the development of private higher education. In order to improve the quality of private universities,to guide group psychology to develop in a favorable direction and to promote healthy and steady development of private higher education,we should correctly handle the contradictory relationship between the interests of parents and the development of the private colleges—from the point of view of the government,the private colleges and parents.
