现阶段高校大学生面临的就业压力逐渐增大,教育工作者对大学生就业指导工作的开展也越来越重视,展开了多方面的探索与尝试,随着"互联网+"时代的来临,给人们的工作、生活都带来了很大的改变,对大学生就业指导工作也提出了新的要求,需要实现与"互联网+"时代特点的密切结合,利用这一时代特色,使大学生就业指导工作能够与时俱进,更加符合社会的实际需求。本文对"互联网+"时代下大学生就业指导工作进行了分析,探索了这一时代背景下大学生就业指导工作的开展策略。

The employment pressure of college students is increasing gradually at presen. Educators attach more and more importance to the work of college students＇ employment guidance and have launched various exploration and attempts. With the advent of the＂Internet ＋ ＂era,it has brought great changes to people＇s work and life,putting forward new requirements for the employment guidance work of college students. It needs to be closely integrated with the characteristics of the＂Internet ＋ ＂era to make use of this era＇s characteristics so that the job guidance work of college students can keep pace with the times more in line with the actual needs of the society. This paper analyzes the employment guidance work of college students in the era of＂Internet ＋ ＂and explores the strategies for the development of employment guidance work for college students in this era.
