摘要 高职课堂教学模式设置一直是高职院校讨论的热点,如何设置课堂教学吸引住学生,让学生掌握职业技能,促进学生职业能力成长是每个高职院校教育工作者一直探索的问题。本文通过对课程实训环节整个过程的观察、发现问题并提出解决策略,依据解决策略改变课堂教学模式,提高了高职课堂教学效果,有利于学生职业能力的成长,从而达到了高职教学的培养目标。 The teaching mode of higher vocational colleges has always been a hot topic under discussion in colleges and universities. How to set up classroom teaching to attract students,make students master their professional skills and promote their professional ability is a long-term problem studied by each educator in higher vocational colleges. In this paper,the problem was found by observing the whole process of the course training process. The resolution strategy was put forward and improved the effect of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges. It is propitious to the vocational ability growth of students. Thus the training goal of higher vocational education is achieved.
