This article states from the perspective of a college English teacher who just finished her job as a Chinese teacher in the United States. Facing the Chinese education＂diversity＂,the author introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching in Texas,USA. Taking the school—International Leadership of Texas as an example. It introduces the school＇s background,its students＇ characteristics,its working condition comparisons with teachers in China and its application of the games teaching method in class.
