基于英语课堂的教师表扬与鼓励新探

A New Exploration of Praise and Encouragement of Teachers in English Class

摘要 作为教师课堂反馈,表扬和鼓励受到教育学者普遍关注,但是二者通常被当作同一个概念加以讨论。本文以英语课堂为例,通过对比讨论表扬和鼓励的差别。文章认为,表扬和鼓励存在理论和实践上的差异。理论上,二者心理机制、评价的价值标准、对学生产生的效果和心理作用都不同。实践上,二者使用对象和表现形式不同。本文对教师在教学中如何正确使用两者提供了建议。 As teachers' feedback on class,praise and encouragement have received widespread attention from education scholars,but the two are often discussed as one concept. This article takes English class as an example to discuss the difference between praise and encouragement through the method of comparison. According to this article,there are differences between praise and encouragement in theory and practice. In theory,they differ in the psychological mechanism,the evaluation standard,the effect on students and the psychological effect; in practice,both objects and forms are different. In this paper,some suggestions about how to correctly use the two are provided for teachers in teaching.
