摘要
本文研究变译理论指导下的译语文本是否达到了信息传递的目的,即其效能如何。从信息传递、变译策略的使用偏好、变译与全译三个方面对比分析了我国七所高校网站中"学校概况"的英译文本。结果发现,变译理论指导下的译语文本较好地实现了信息传递的功能;变译七种变译手段中,编译的使用最频繁;全译的使用很少,且多存在具体句群的翻译中。
This study aims to explore whether a translated version under the guidance of variation theory can meet the needs of convey information. It analyzes the translated version of " about school" in college website from three aspects: information convey,preference of variation strategies,variation theory and full translation. It is found that translated version can convey information effectively; among 7 variation strategies,compile is used most frequently; full translation is used far less than variation,most of which happens in specific sentence clusters.
