摘要
随着我国畜牧业的发展,蛋白质饲料紧缺的问题日益突显,解决这一问题的主要途径是开发新的饲料资源和合理利用现有的饲料资源。试验选用玉米黄粉、豆粕和小麦麸三种原料为发酵底物,采用单因素试验方法对混菌固态发酵玉米蛋白饲料的工艺条件优化。结果表明:接种量1%,温度30℃,物料含水量0.8 ml/g,发酵时间7 d,此时可溶性蛋白含量为103.55 mg/g,而粗纤维、粗淀粉含量分别降低了42.87%和20.56%。说明通过优化发酵条件可提高玉米黄粉饲料的营养价值。
With the development of animal husbandry in our country, the problem of protein feed shortage is prominent increasingly, the main way to solve this problem is to develop new feed resources and make rational use of existing feed resources. A single-factor experiment was selected to optimize the process conditions for mixed bacteria solid fermentation of corn protein feed, and three kinds of raw materials, corn yellow meal, soybean meal and wheat bran were used as fermented substrate. The results showed that 1% of inoculum size, 30℃ of temperature, 0.8 ml/g of the moisture level, and 7 d of fermentation time, the soluble protein content was 103.55 mg/g, but the content of crude fiber and coarse starch decreased by 42.87% and 20.56%, respectively, which showed that the nutritional value of corn protein powder feed can be improved by optimizing fermentation conditions.
