溜破系统对边坡稳定性的影响及边坡优化

摘要 针对溜井和破碎硐室的对高陡露天边坡的稳定性的影响,基于现场复杂地质结构结合仿真技术对不同设计方案下的溜井处边坡进行数值模拟计算分析,对比边坡安全系数及溜井-破碎硐室处的主应力和位移值,推荐台阶高度24m(并段)、平台宽度8 m、最终边坡角61°的边坡方案,优化后的边坡在保持边坡与溜井-破碎硐室安全稳定的同时,提高了资源利用率。 Aimed at the influences of orepass and breakage chamber on the stability of high-steep slope in open-pit mine, calcula-tion and analysis by numerical simulation were carried out on the orepass slope under different design schemes based on com-plex geological structure and combined with simulation technique. And the safety factors of slope, as well as the values of prin-cipal stress and displacement in the orepass and breakage chamber were compared. Finally, the slope scheme was proposed, with bench height of 24 m (parallel segment), platform width of 8 m, and ultimate slope angle of 61°. The optimized slope not only kept the safety and stability of slope and orepass and breakage chamber, but also improved the resource utilization ratio.
